Who are we?

We are a Church based in Darlington who run a furniture re-use scheme because

we want to reach out to the local community and to show people that

we care about them and we want to help them. The website address for the church is...

This website is to inform you about the furniture project that we run.

Who can use our services?

Anyone who lives in the borough of Darlington not just the town itself and is on

income based benefits is quite welcome to come in to us and buy whatever

items of furniture they would like (please see funding page on this website for more details).

We will then deliver these items to you if you require or you can collect them

yourself straight away (opening times only).

We also accept referrals from third party agencies i.e.. Social Services, EMMA project, Sure Start etc.

Can I donate some furniture?

Yes we will be willing to take reasonably conditioned items of furniture from you

(it could take several days for us to be able to collect it from you) or you can

simply give us a call to arrange a convenient time to drop it off yourselves.

Unfortunately at the moment we are unable to receive any electrical items as

we are unable to offer them to the public because of insurance policies.
